This will be short and sweet; it has to be. There’s much to do and so little time to do it, but in order to write a decent blog, I suppose there’s a certain amount of writing involved. Of course, no one ever writes about the cosmic reality that if you sit down to write, your children, who’ve been nowhere to be seen for more than an hour, will appear out of thin air the moment you begin to type. Actually, someone probably has written about that, but in among all the other things I’m reading and writing – it got missed.
There’s a number of things I could or should write about today that would likely be more worthy, but I’m saving them for another day, and I’m allowing myself to be okay with that. In fact, if there’s one takeaway today, it’s that in order to accomplish great things, you first have to do someTHING. It may not be great or grand, but even a humanities-leaning person like myself knows enough about science to know that “a body in motion stays in motion.” So, with that in mind, I add a post to my site.
Tomorrow, I will strive for another. I’ve got some great ideas about learning new things and staving off dementia! Some of the new things I plan on learning include everything I need to know to make this site better, more useful and interesting because as a writer it’s not about me – it’s about you my readers. That’s all for now.
